Pastor Anthony J. Mazzella began ministering to the Yonkers Seventh-day Adventist Church in September, 2000, joined by his wife Beverly, and their two children, Seth and Jordana.  

Pastor Mazzella graduated from Andrews University in 1985 with a Masters of Arts in Theology and Secondary Education. He is an ordained minister in the Seventh-day Adventist Church and has served as a pastor / teacher /counselor since 1984. He successfully completed 2 years of pastoral training at the Blanton-Peale Institutes of Religion and Health in New York City.

Pastor Mazzella is also a New York State Certified Social Worker and graduate of Yeshiva University with a Master of Social Work Degree in 1994. He completed two clinical internships: one at the Fifth Avenue Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy in New York City and the other at New York Hospital - Cornell Medical Center's Psychiatric Division in White Plains, NY.  Prior to being called to Yonkers, he served for several years as the Pastor for the Poughkeepsie Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Pastor Mazzella's ministry centers around empowering people through their God-given spiritual gifts.  He also enjoys sharing his music talents as a classical guitarist.
