Our worship services are designed to acquaint you with God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and God's written word. Through worship, Bible study, music, and Christian fellowship, you will be brought closer to God, and will find a closer relationship with others who worship here with you.
Our main church services are held every Saturday, beginning with our Sabbath School Bible Classes at 9:30 a.m. We offer a variety of classes from Cradle Roll through Earliteen for toddlers, children, pre-teens, and youth. For adults, our discussion format classes offer you the opportunity to study the Scriptures from the Lesson Quarterly within a small, interactive group.
This is followed by the Divine Worship Service, which begins at 11:00 a.m., where we worship and offer praise through hymns, prayer, and receiving a spiritual message through the Pastor's sermon. On the first Sabbath of every month, you are cordially invited to partake of good food and hospitality during our Fellowship Lunch, held directly following the Divine Service.
At 3:00 p.m., we enjoy an exciting, fun-filled program of Bible games and quizzes, special music, sing-a-longs, and more, during Adventist Youth Society. AYS is for all ages (the young and the young-at-heart), so please join us for this delightful program.
For a mid-week spiritual boost, please join our
Prayer Meeting on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m., as our Pastor leads
an in-depth group study of the Ten Commandments.
The Yonkers
Seventh-day
Adventist Church is a very active church. We have many local church and community outreach ministries
through which we seek to share the love of Jesus Christ. Many of these ministries are featured on this
website. It is our purpose when you walk through our doors, to make you feel that you have found your true spiritual home, a place of belonging and welcome.
